After all the lead was stolen from the main roof of the church, we have struggled to keep the wet out of the building. Two temporary coverings have been on, but both suffered major damage from wind and weather. People have been wonderful, and we had donated to us the thick side coverings you see on lorries. Once the metal tags had been removed, we were able (finally) to have them professionally fitted yesterday (March 3rd 2022).

We can’t thank the professionals who did the work for us enough. Hopefully now the interior will start to dry out, and we can begin work to tidy the place up ready for the Jubilee celebrations in July this year.
